1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the 90/ONE program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users and protect the interests of Endeavor Enterprises LLC, Endeavor High Intent, and affiliated partner organizations.

2. Program Overview
90/ONE is a 90-day personal and business development challenge. You will be coached through forming a legal business (LLC), setting up a business bank account, and building an income-generating operation using lead generation or marketing automation strategies.

You must complete daily entrepreneurial, physical, and intellectual milestones. Failure to meet any requirement resets your progress to Day 1. Upon successful completion, you gain access to a top-level alumni community, provided you continue to adhere to the Terms of Service.

3. No Guaranteed Results
While many participants experience positive outcomes, results are not guaranteed and are not typical. Your outcomes are determined by your effort and implementation.

Endeavor Enterprises LLC, Endeavor High Intent, and its partners make no income guarantees and shall not be liable for your business results.

4. Refund Policy
We offer a conditional money-back guarantee:

If you complete all 90 days, fully meeting every milestone and guideline, and do not achieve any business results, you may request a refund.

You must provide verifiable proof of full participation (journal entries, checklists, progress logs, screenshots, i.e. "Proof of Doing").

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of completing the program.

We reserve the right to deny any refund where evidence is insufficient or where terms were violated.

5. Participant Conduct
You agree to:

Abide by the law and engage in ethical business practices

Respect the brand, partners, and other users of 90/ONE

Avoid defamation, misuse, or misrepresentation of the program

Avoid fraudulent behavior or any action that could damage the reputation of Endeavor Enterprises LLC or its affiliates

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of access, benefits, or refunds.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, templates, and resources provided by 90/ONE, Endeavor Enterprises LLC, or its partners are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, rebrand, or resell any part of the program without written consent.

7. Third Parties and Affiliates
By enrolling in 90/ONE, you understand that some content or services may be provided through third-party or affiliated companies. All affiliates, contractors, and associated brands are indemnified and not responsible for participant results.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to 90/ONE for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior we deem harmful or abusive.

9. Disclaimers
This program is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and compliance.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
